Location,location,location!!! SM#7 The view of Santa Monica Pier and the lights on the ferris wheel, sunset to sunrise,spectacular...Beach, walking and bike paths at the doorstep. The entire booking process could not have been simpler.( via e-mail) The condo was well equipped and had all the ammenities you require.We had a rental car(parking garage space provided) but were within walking distance to grocery and restaurants.Will recommend to friends and family for the convenience of preparing own breakfast and lunch. Still like to experience the nightlife and great customer service of Santa Monica and LA area.

Great spot for a first visit to California. Everything from the rental process, check-in, the condo amenities, to the amazing beach location made this a very enjoyable vacation experience

This was a great place! Quiet and clean, very comfortable, nicely furnished. View of the beach and ferris wheel and so convenient. A short walk to everywhere you'd want to go. We're so glad we stayed here - we'll be back!

My wife and I had a wonderful time in California; great location to stay as it is so close to all of the main action in Santa Monica. The view is out of this world, the inside of the unit is very well equiped and pleasantly decorated. Our contact person was available for questions and made sure our stay would be really pleasant

Hi.we had an amazing time in santa monica beach apartment.is an clean nice place.with enough place for 3 persons.it was really comfortable.

The location was not only ideal for the time I was there. It was also beautiful. The exterior of the building could do with a lick of paint . But the apt was in excellent order. Clean and orderly a great bathroom and a very comfy bed. I would recomend it for a short stay
